Shipping policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 24 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock.   Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Custom Orders do require a 3 day processing time and will ship as soon as possible. No cancelations after 24 hours. 

We offer USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 shipping days with tracking and $50 insurance) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days with tracking and $50 insurance) 

Ground Advantage is a more affordable shipping option than Priority Mail but it is also slower.  Priority Mail is faster and better for items that need to be delivered quickly. 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pretty-Keys  or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
